Does no mention mean AI never recommends me?
No. A fresh check covers one question and response. A recorded-mention search covers the provider’s available records. Your business may appear under other questions.
Is an OpenAI answer the same as checking the ChatGPT app?
No. Our integration asks an OpenAI model directly. The model, tools and context can differ from a person’s ChatGPT conversation. We label the source so you know what was tested.
How many fresh checks are included?
SEO includes 5 fresh checks per paid billing period; Pro+ includes 20 shared by the workspace. One check is one question and one sampled API answer, not ongoing monitoring across all AI apps. Safety pauses and provider availability apply.
