The AI Traffic Report reads selected files locally in your browser. Those files are not uploaded to Brandvane. Other tools may submit the inputs shown in their interface to our service; a browser-only statement does not apply to every tool.

Accounts and SEO research

Google sign-in supplies your verified email and a Google account identifier. We store these to identify your account, along with session and agent credentials in hashed form, subscription status, credit transactions and research receipts. Queries, keywords, domains and selected markets are sent to DataForSEO to fulfill your SEO requests. Results are returned to the agent you connect and saved in your workspace. A Pro+ teammate you invite can access that shared workspace and its research; personal workspaces remain separate.

Cloudflare hosts our application and database. Google handles sign-in. Stripe handles payment details on its hosted pages; Brandvane does not store card numbers. Your chosen agent provider processes the questions and results you share with it under its own terms. Keep passwords, personal documents and confidential information out of SEO queries.

AI visibility and connected analytics

Fresh AI checks submit the selected question and brand context to OpenAI. Recorded AI-mention searches use DataForSEO. Existing monitoring services submit their configured prompts and brand context to the model providers used for that service. Connected Google analytics features use the permissions you explicitly grant; basic account sign-in does not grant Search Console or Analytics access. Existing reports and their sharing controls remain separate from an SEO workspace.

Website analytics and contact forms

Contact forms store the submitted email, form purpose and timestamp in Cloudflare. We use those details to respond to requests or provide updates you requested. The marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 for page views, referral sources and approximate location. Account pages do not include that marketing analytics script. We do not sell personal information or use advertising features in our analytics configuration.

Free resource delivery

When you request the Marketing Skills Pack, we store your email and request details in Cloudflare and use Resend to send the requested download link. A resource request does not enroll you in a marketing sequence. Delivery records older than 90 days are removed during subsequent resource-request processing; the subscriber record remains until you request deletion. Temporary hashed network identifiers limit abuse and are not sent to website analytics. Contact [email protected] to request deletion.

Retention

Completed research inputs and result payloads are retained for 90 days on SEO or 365 days on Pro+, then erased by scheduled maintenance. Credit and billing receipts remain available for account operations. Browser sessions expire after seven days. Agent access tokens expire after one hour; OAuth connections have a 90-day maximum lifetime and a 30-day inactivity limit. Used refresh-token hashes remain until the connection expires so replay can be detected.

When an SEO account is deleted, we remove its sign-in identity, sessions, connections and research after canceling its subscription and resolving outstanding provider charges. Minimal payment and credit records are detached from the sign-in identity and retained for up to seven years after closure for accounting and dispute handling. Stripe may retain transaction records under its own obligations. Infrastructure backups age out under the hosting provider's retention schedule; restoring a backup requires reapplying recorded deletions.

Deletion and access requests

Use “Account and data” in your workspace to request SEO account deletion. A recent sign-in and explicit confirmation are required. Access stops immediately; cancellation or charge-reconciliation failures are queued for operator review. Deleting the SEO account does not automatically delete a separately purchased tracker service. For that service, contact-form data, corrections or a data-access request, email support@brandvane.ai.

Digital-product purchases

Stripe processes checkout and payment information. We store the purchased edition, checkout reference, purchase email address, a private access identifier, purchase date and delivery status in Cloudflare D1 to provide downloads and support. Resend processes the purchase email and private access link for transactional delivery. Cloudflare stores the product files privately. We use a necessary secure cookie to recognize download access in your browser for 30 days; the private email link can restore access. Download pages do not include marketing analytics. We retain purchase-access records while needed to provide the purchased download and handle support, accounting or disputes. Contact [email protected] for access or deletion requests; removing fulfillment records may prevent future downloads.

Offline worksheet answers stay on your device unless you choose to share them. They are saved to files you download, not uploaded to Brandvane.

Security and contact

We restrict account data by workspace, use encrypted transport, and provide connection revocation. Operational incident records exclude raw OAuth tokens, credentials and research payloads. Contact support@brandvane.ai about privacy or suspected unauthorized access.
