The service

Brandvane provides SEO research and specialized AI visibility tools. SEO and Pro+ include keyword and competitor research, keyword gaps, Google results and rank checks, basic website audits, linking-website reports, recorded AI mentions, fresh AI checks and saved exports. Weekly Google checks require explicit scheduling and use SEO credits. Existing tracker and audit purchases remain separate.

Subscription and credits

The SEO plan costs USD $29 per month plus applicable taxes and renews monthly until canceled. Each paid monthly invoice adds 900 research credits and a separate 5-check fresh AI allowance. Pro+ costs USD $59 per month plus applicable taxes, renews monthly until canceled, and provides 2,200 research credits and 20 fresh AI checks per paid period. Pro+ includes the owner and one teammate sharing those balances, not a separate allowance for each person. The optional $9 top-up adds 300 credits and is a one-time purchase. Your AI agent's subscription and model costs are separate.

Keyword research and competitor keywords cost five credits per request, domain overview four, and Google SERP overview one. Quotes, balance checks and saved-result retrieval are free. Unused credits carry forward and can be used during an active paid subscription. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and do not extend the paid subscription period. No automatic top-up purchase is performed.

Requests have row, market, concurrency and spending limits. A completed request can return fewer rows than its maximum because provider coverage varies. Failed requests receive a credit release when their outcome is settled. An uncertain upstream charge stays pending for review; use the original request key instead of starting a replacement request. Provider failures and cost limits can temporarily pause research.

Plan limits and fresh AI checks

SEO supports 2 saved websites, audits capped at 250 pages, linking-website reports capped at 100 rows, up to 25 tracked Google keywords and 90-day research retention. Pro+ supports 10 saved websites, 1,000-page audit ceilings, 500-row linking-website reports, up to 100 tracked Google keywords and 365-day research retention. These are per-report or configuration ceilings, not included free research runs. Both plans provide Markdown and CSV exports; branded sharing is not included.

Fresh checks use the separate AI allowance, not SEO credits. Each check covers one question and one sampled API answer. Unused fresh checks do not roll over to another billing period. Spending-safety limits may temporarily pause checks even with allowance remaining; unused units are not removed by the pause and no additional payment is taken. Contact support if a pause persists. Recorded-mention searches instead use SEO credits. Model answers can differ from consumer apps and do not measure every user’s experience.

Cancellation and deletion

Use the billing portal to cancel renewal. A scheduled cancellation preserves access through the paid period. Failed payments do not extend access. Deleting an SEO account stops its access immediately and requests subscription cancellation and data removal. Unused credits and remaining time are not automatically refunded; contact support about billing errors or refund requests. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law requires.

Data and responsible use

SEO data is supplied by DataForSEO and includes estimates and snapshots, not guarantees of rankings, traffic or revenue. AI answers vary between runs. Check your agent's conclusions against the returned evidence and do not rely on them as the sole basis for a business decision.

Keep credentials private and authorize only agents you trust. Do not bypass usage limits, share paid account credentials publicly, interfere with the service, use results for unlawful activity, or use search-engine data to compete with the source search engine. Third-party data rights and applicable provider restrictions continue to apply. We may suspend access for abuse, disputed payments or a security incident.

Availability and changes

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete provider coverage. Published limits must match the current offer; material pricing or subscription changes will be communicated before they apply to a renewal. Existing tracker and audit purchases retain their agreed scope and terms.

Digital products

The Electrician Website Action Plan (Edition 1.1), Plumber Website Action Plan (Edition 1.0) and Roofer Website Action Plan (Edition 1.0) are each USD $149 as a one-time purchase, plus applicable taxes shown at checkout. One purchase covers one contracting business for the purchased trade edition and its employees or hired freelancer. You may publish finished website copy created using the plan. You may not resell, publicly distribute or reuse the plan, briefs or worksheets for additional client businesses.

The purchase includes the current downloadable edition: PDFs, editable offline HTML worksheets, Markdown files and visual planning sheets. It does not include custom research, calls, implementation, a software subscription or promised future updates. The worked example is fictional, and technical materials have not received independent professional trade review. Review final business and technical claims before publishing. Rankings, traffic and leads are not guaranteed.

After confirmed payment, download access is provided through the checkout return page and a private email link. Keep a local backup and do not share the link. Refunded or disputed payments may lose download access. Email [email protected] about access problems, billing errors or refund requests. Nothing here excludes rights required by applicable law.
