Before we get started
$1,500 per month for one location and an agreed scope. The service is month to month, with no long-term commitment. There is no setup fee for a suitable existing site in this initial offer. Any additional work is agreed and priced separately.
We begin with implementation and measurement. Search visibility and inquiries depend on your starting point, competition, location and customer demand. The first 90 days establish and develop the program; they are not a promise of rankings or a particular number of leads.
That’s the starting point. We review your website platform, access and condition before accepting an account. Rebuilds, migrations and substantial custom development need their own scope. We ask you to approve business claims and substantial content changes.
Access to your website, Google Business Profile and available analytics; accurate service information and job photos; one consolidated round of feedback on each page; and a monthly view of which inquiries became jobs. You remain the owner of your accounts.
A written monthly summary, one 30-minute review call and email for routine questions. We aim to respond within two business days. We agree on priorities in batches so time goes into the work.
