CRM replacements, new portals, bulk outbound campaigns, additional workflows, and ongoing round-the-clock support need a separate agreement. This sprint does not include a promise of more leads or revenue.
Existing managed SEO clients retain the fixes already included in their monthly scope. Automation work is quoted separately only when it adds a distinct implementation.
